Refund policy

All Returns Are Free of Charge

Please note that we do not accept items whose tags and/or security labels have been removed, altered, or damaged in any way.

The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please email us at support@wangfashionspace.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.

Refund Processing Time

Once we have received your return, we will process it within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Delivery of Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please contact our customer service at  support@wangfashionspace.com immediately. Once returned to our warehouse, these items will be refunded.
